For trade buyers

Prepare a Wholesale Inquiry We Can Act On

A clear inquiry connects your product selection with the information needed to review samples, pricing, and development. You do not need every detail finalized, but tell us which requirements are fixed and which you would like help exploring.

Include these details in a quotation request

Send your company name, sales market, selected collection and source references, estimated quantities by style, and intended launch or arrival date. Describe any changes to artwork, finish, size, or set contents. Add your packaging direction and destination so the quotation discussion covers the actual program instead of an unspecified product image.

Use the catalog to organize sample requests

Open a product gallery to review the available views, then choose Shortlist to select the styles you want to discuss. Submit the selected references through Request samples and explain what you want to assess. If an image contains several designs, identify the pieces you need. Confirm sample availability, costs, delivery details, and timing with the team before arrangements are made.

Compare quotations on the same basis

Check the product specification, set contents, quantities, packaging, and delivery terms covered by each quotation. Keep sample charges and any development work clear in the discussion. If your requirements change, identify the revision so pricing and timing can be reviewed against the same scope. This is particularly useful for private-label assortments with multiple styles.

Buyer questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

Ask for the MOQ for each selected style and proposed customization. Include your estimated quantities and whether you need individual products, sets, or an assortment. Order conditions need to be confirmed for that configuration.

How long do samples and production take?

Share your target dates and the sample or development work required. Request separate confirmation of sample timing, approval milestones, production timing, and shipment arrangements for the selected program.

Where should I send files or a sourcing brief?
